Online payments

We offer online payments through PayPal. There is a $10.00 service fee included for processing your online payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can make a one-time payment by credit/debit card or use your existing PayPal account

Dues for 2025 are $165. A One-Time Special Assessment of $50.00 Per Lot has been added this year to cover costs for extensive irrigation repairs due to faulty valves, broken water mains and removal of dead trees in the creek from 2024 not covered by 2024 budget.

A $25 Late Fee will be assessed for dues not paid by March 1, 2025.
